Embarking on an exciting journey, I joined Thyrocare as a Maintenance Engineer in 2010, where my dedication and expertise soon led me to assume the role of a Team Leader in December of the same year.Recognizing my flair for technology and organizational management, I was entrusted with the additional responsibility of overseeing the IT infrastructure of Thyrocare in 2013. To further augment my skills, I pursued an MBA in Healthcare Management and Administration, fortifying my abilities to lead and streamline operations.As my career continued to evolve, I embraced fresh challenges, eventually taking charge of the Administration Department at Thyrocare. In 2018, I seized an opportunity to spearhead the marketing division, encompassing B2C, Affiliate Models, and Corporate Business. Through strategic initiatives, I successfully catapulted the B2C vertical's daily revenue from 12 lakhs to an impressive 32 lakhs.Amidst my tenure at Thyrocare, I seized the responsibility of managing franchise procurement in 2021, a role I wholeheartedly embraced. However, in 2022, an important transition came my way as the founding members of Thyrocare Technologies Limited exited, leading to my resignation after ensuring a smooth handover to the new management.Fuelled by an entrepreneurial spirit, I ventured into franchise procurement, establishing Franchis3E in February 2022. Since then, I have passionately managed and nurtured its growth, witnessing its upward trajectory in the business landscape.Recognizing my expertise and leadership, I proudly joined AVMlabs in March 2023 as the General Manager of Business Development.
