Aid in educating the organization about HIS, and help assess readiness. Where organizational issues, computer skills, or overall knowledge about HIS need improvement, work with the organization to correct issues, build skills, and improve client -vendor mutual understanding.Conduct workflow and process mapping analysis to identify potential functions for the type of HIS support being sought.Coordinate with offsite technical/development team to develop and implementation plan for process improvement, server installations, data conversion, system build, testing, training, and other aspects of HIS implementation.Oversee the tasks, timelines, and resources necessary to implement the HIS, ensuring that the project stays on time and on budget.Routinely monitor adoption and use of the HIS and take/recommend corrective action as necessary.Apply updates as applicable, evaluate and recommend upgrades and enhancements, and work with users to develop reports and other uses of HIS data.
