* Lead the creative effort with interior design teams on projects and provide team guidance and mentorship.* Assist in managing client expectations and realizing client goals and objectives.* Championing excellent team communication and consultant coordination as necessary to support the design effort.* Collaborate on commercial interior projects, including programming of client needs and developing programming reports; developing test fit plans, conceptual concepts, schematic and design development; provide management oversight of budgets and schedules as they relate to the project at hand.* Develop finish and material selections.* Provide knowledge of local material resources, suppliers, etc.* Participate in business development and marketing efforts when needed with other senior staff members.

* Determine the clien's goals and requirements of the project.* Consider how the space will be used and how people will move through the space.* Sketch preliminary design plans, including electrical layouts.* Specify materials and furnishings, such as lighting, furniture, wall finishes, flooring, and plumbing fixtures. * Prepare final plans, using computer applications.* Create a timeline for the interior design project and estimate project costs. * Place orders for materials and oversee installing the design elements.* Visit after the project to ensure that the client is satisfied.

* Assist with production of drawing packages and specification binders.* Assist in obtaining prices, samples etc for projects.* Produce presentation documents usingAutoCAD,3DS Max and Adobe Photoshop.* Provide general design support for completion and execution of design projects.* Rendering of presentation drawings as required.* Assist Design Team to specify all furnishings/accessories.* Maintain sample and literature library Coordinate meetings with sales reps for design team.
