As a chairperson of Sandringham Business Association I represent interests of all small and medium businesses in Sandringham. My responsibility is to continuously work for the betterment of the businesses and the wider community.

A small business owner since December 2009, I have successfully owned, operated and sold a couple of franchises and also owned a building maintenance company along with couple of Food & Beverage businesses. My company provided facilities to large commercial spaces such as supermarkets and other venues. We had a very efficient team that is proven to deliver results.

First point of contact for all new residential customers.

Our team works for InterGobal UK, InterGlobal NZ (Medical Insurance) and Southern Cross (TravelInsurance) companies. Our team provides emergency assistance to all the three companies and our operations number is on the insurance cards of all the three companies. Our team receives calls from Inter Global and Southern Cross customers; our team also closely monitors operations inbox where we receive claims from hospitals globally. Our team loads the claim into the system, validates the medical information and then sends it to the claim assessors in the UK and NZ. Every call we receive is different from one another, it can be an air evacuation or just a normal claim or sometimes our clients call us for assistance. Our job is to provide excellent customer service in all aspects and coordinate with any emergency assistance work that comes along that day. Our team is also trained in the policy wording of both InterGlobal and Southern Cross.

Our team is the first contact that customers will have with this company, we are expected to demonstrate superior customer service skills that will both delight our customer’s and exceed their expectations. We contribute to meeting the team’s conversion rate by receiving and responding to inbound telephone calls in designated times, in a friendly, professional manner and by converting customer enquires into sales. In doing so, branch sales revenue targets will be met, satisfying all stakeholders in the business and the company will achieve its vision of being the market leader in glass repair and replacement throughout NZ.
