* Overall Site Monitoring and controlling Installation activities.* Estimate bill of quantities for procurement.* Material ordering with suppliers as per approved materials.* Material inspection and acceptance.* Updating progress measurement chart / reports weekly and reporting to client.* Compliance of QA/QC reports in line with project specification.* To ensure successful execution and completion of the projects in co-ordination with the Project Manager and Supervisors.* To ensure that supervisors, foremen and workmen / operatives are aware of the findings of all relevant risk assessments and that they are fully aware of their responsibilities for operating safe systems of working, and that they do not take unnecessary risks.* To ensure that all equipment and tools in site complies with the relevant site regulations and that the personnel have been adequately trained to use them safely.* After Supply of materials along with the Test certificates and necessary documents, preparing of Supply R A Bill, certification of the same and timely follow-up with the concerned dept regarding pending payments.* Preparation of As Built drawing for final project handing over.
