Senior Technical Lead
Current- Define scalable and maintainable architecture, design patterns, and coding standards.- Mentor and coach team members, fostering their technical growth and skill development. Conduct code reviews and technical guidance.- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring they align with business objectives and are delivered on time and within scope.- Evaluate and select appropriate frontend and mobile technologies, frameworks, and tools. Drive the adoption of best practices and emerging technologies in the field.- Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, backend developers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration between frontend, mobile, and backend systems.- Identify and address performance bottlenecks in applications, optimizing code and ensuring scalability.- Ensure comprehensive documentation of code, architecture, and processes. Ensure compliance with industry standards, security, and regulatory requirements.- Listens to feedback, inputs and suggestions from seniors and colleagues. Always acts on feedback and continuously grows with the team.
