Implement Occupational HSE policy of company and client approved HSE manual in the construction And commissioning of the project.Adviseing management on Health Safety and Environment and legal issues.Conduct internal weekly safety audit to ensure safe systems of work are followed and good standards of housekeeping is maintained at site.Conduct daily site visit for safety observations, identifying hazards, unsafe conditions, and violations and provide remedial actions and ensure remedial actions are implemented in time.Conduct safety induction training to the new employees and In-house training to keep the employees aware of site regulations and policies and safe working practices.Identify training needs for employees and provide/arrange refresher training/third party specialist training for the employees including old employees.

Conduct incident and accident investigation on any near miss, LTI, minor and major injuries and provide recommendations for improvement.Conduct suitable and sufficient Risk Assessment of all routine and non-routine activities.Conduct suitable and sufficient Risk Assessment of all routine and non-routine activities.Ensure tool box talks are conducted on hazards and precautions for all activities and recorded.Carry out daily, weekly and monthly inspections of all heavy equipment’s, hand power tools and other electrical equipment, lifting devices and plants and machineries using check lists.Identify needs of welfare facilities and ensure they are provided and maintained in good conditions.Identify emergency possible situations and plan, develop emergency procedures and conduct mock drills to familiarize employees on the procedures and ensure a safe evacuation in case of any emergency situation.Implement awards and penalties for encouraging a positive safety culture and safe working environment.Conduct first aid clinic inspections on a monthly basis to monitor and ensure safety, health and environment standards.Prepare and submit daily, weekly and monthly reports to Main Contractor.Prepare monthly statistics and complete documentation.
