(Achieved Compliance Rate of 94% in 2011 (Target - 55%); Compliance rate - 75% in 2012 (Target - 62 %; Compliance rate – 79% in 2013 (Target – 70%).• Involve in the supplier selection and qualification process in order to ensure that suppliers comply with Philips sustainability requirements (EICC Code).• Define and provide training to suppliers and also internal people on sustainability related topics (labour law, HRM policies, Environment, health & safety, hygiene).• Part of NVI (New Venture Integration) Team to integrate supply base of Preethi (Acquired Company) with Philips Supplier Sustainability Program by identifying suppliers, training them, conducting pre-audit and preparing them for 3rd party audit.
