Operations and Maintenance of Cloud infrastructureCreate, configure and implement the compute, Network, Storage services, and provide technical support for the entire process from both backend and front-end cloud.✓ Configure the Autoscaling, Elastic Load balancers to make sure the ECS and Applications in running state.✓ Enable the backups and restore in the server backup vaults and Disk backup vaults✓ Work on replacing the Hardware faults like disk, dimm, motherboard, cpu, fans etc✓ Perform quarterly patching, customer UAT, Emergency drills, security baseline configurations etc✓ Collect the vulnerabilities after the quarterly patching and fix those vulnerabilities✓ Collect the logs in Cloud Trace Service and configure the alerts in Cloud Eye which is the monitoring in the G42 cloud✓ Setting up notifications using Cloud Scope alarms with integration of SNS notifications of instance State for example restart, terminated and stop.✓ Adding the resources like disks, EIP, CPU, Memory, VPC etc to the ECS✓ Working on configure and managing the packages repo tool which is NEXUS✓ Configure,Monitor the alarms in Cloud Scope, Zabbix✓ Managing Level 2 Operation for cloud services and resolve Incidents as per SLA requirement✓ Giving excellent technical support (24/7) to the customers from backend contact for G42 cloud and Products.✓ Writing blog articles, Technical & internal documentation in Confluence.✓ Deep Dive to find RCA report & file Bug report in JIRA Ticketing too
