Responsibilities:• Assuring the quality standards are met for all final Honda products like Civic and CR-V's manufactured in one of their Ontario plants.• Inspecting parts on the production line and bins like Glove box, Knuckle joint, Seat belts, Hazard Lights, Roof rails, transfer case and engine, engine case, and shock absorber. • Documentation of each procedure is done as per the predefined standards.• Executed daily tasks by following the regulatory guidelines to promote a safe and secure working environment.• Engaged with other team members and elaborated on completed tasks and process difficulties during standup meetings.

Responsibilities:• As part of the service engineering team, we shall be dispatched to client locations for having one-on-one sessions with the Client Supervisor and Machine Operators to conduct the pre-delivery inspection.• We were supposed to identify what the real cause of the issue-in-question was by evaluating the machinery's components through testing. Vehicles we usually deal with are Telescopic Handlers namely 541-70, 550-80, 535-95, etc.• Once the evaluation is complete, we schedule a work order for either Module Repair or Module Change, if any, depending on the client's interest. We do provide recommendations on this matter, by understanding the client's short and long-term goals using the vehicle.• During the scheduled work order we perform the pre-planned tasks which include partial or full dismantling to quickly repair and/or replace defective components for restoring functionality.• We would also perform the final quality check through visual inspection. After completion, we collect the client's sign-off and an invoice created for approval.• As a team, we are also involved in performing routine preventive maintenance for our clients.• As part of the entire service cycle, we use an FSM platform for executing daily tasks. We are also responsible for maintaining a good relationship with the client for acquiring future service orders.
