Assisting IT Director to implement IT Infrastructure as a Pre-opening team member Deployment and Implementation of Network, System, Applications and all IT applications associated with vendors Deployment and implementation of Hyper V servers for the application Deployment and implementation of Micros Symphony (POS), Opera 5.0.5 (PMS) Deployment and implementation of PABX System Mitel and V-Tech Deployment and installation of IT hardware such as desktop, desk phone, Printer etc. Implementation of Payroll System (Oasys) integrated with biometric scanner system for attendance Successfully Implemented the HP Access Point Controller & Reivernet HSIA gateway with whole hotel Wi Fi network infrastructure. Managing and administration of Hotel applications such as Opentable (Restaurant Reservation), Avero (Revenue Reporting tool), My Micros (Micros reports), Sun vision, Adaco, Hotsos, Spasoft, Oasys etc. Distribute and install IT hardware such as workstation, printer, Desk phone, printer, iPads etc. to the department as per the budget. Implement Lokkbox cloud backup solution with the help of corporate IT Perform snagging in the guest rooms and public area before Hotel opening. Enroll all smartphones to MDM (Mobile Device Management) Maas360 associated with corporate IT Settings up the system and applications for hotel operation. Responsible for supporting more than 150 clients at all levels on network, systems, applications and computers. User management (creation, reset passwords) for all business applications following pre-defined standards Prepare training guides and step by step documentation on various knowledge base articles and deployment procedures. Providing IT training to IT Technicians for Day-to-day activities
