I am a proud head of a team of project managers that work with our clients and connect them with the rest of our team. Furthermore, I manage some of the biggest clients too. Therefore my job consists of:1) being a part of management in the agency and leading the team,2) leading various projects, handling the communication and strategic planning.

In the past, I was a member of the team that I am now in charge of and I handled project management with various clients. The main mission of the job was communication with the team and the clients and strategic planning.

I was building up an Internship program called beIN. We started this program in 2016 and at the moment Thermo Fisher Scientific employs around 90 students. In 2019, the company was recognized as The Most Popular Employer among students in South-Moravian Region. My position consisted of complex management of the whole program. I was in charge of internal and external communication, promotion and cooperation with the universities. Also, I managed the students' development – helping them improve their soft skills by delivering training sessions, taking care of mentoring and finally helping them in self-realization after graduation.

My job as an intern was supervising work at the construction site, calculation and analysis of raw materials and dealing with material and labor demands.
