Current- Cooperating with hiring managers on defining their team needs and concrete positions to be recruited- Proactively search for candidates in the area of finance, M&A, IT, Digital, Marketing, Pharmaceutical regulatory or any of the areas where the need appears- Lead the recruitment process in a clear, structured way to successfully close it- Prepare and negotiate job offer with hiring managers and candidates- Onboarding presentations, care and support during and after the probation period- On/Off-boarding activities
