-Oversees the Converge Connect training brand that includes in-person training, virtual and a learning management system that offers training for healthcare staff, providers, and medical students-Builds strong partnerships with clinical and community partners to support Converge’s work in Mississippi and beyond-Provides strategic vision on how Converge can support and collaborate with community-based organizations in the Southeast-Leads all aspects of the Converge Patient Experience Council -Ensures a wide array of clinical partners are aware of the training and technical assistance offered by Converge through virtual and in-person conferences and meetings-Supervises contract trainers who facilitate and develop in-person and virtual Converge training-Coordinates with communications and content matter experts to create content and courses for Converge’s Learning Management System -Manages all external affairs for Converg, including communication, social media, and patient-focused website -Prepares and presents data reports to funders, board members, and external partners-Initiated the first internship program at Converge through the Jackson State University School of Public Health

- Manages small grant operations in a school-based clinic setting - Supports the Behavioral Health Inter-professional Education team by coordinating and reporting data from the behavioral health screening tools administered to students in the clinic setting- Conducts health education evaluation and research and presents to external partners- Collaborates with individuals and communities to improve or maintain their health by engaging in behaviors that promote positive health outcomes - Promotes healthy living through developing health information programs/curriculum, compiling data on health issues and evaluating the needs of the communities- Coordinates training programs to students, health professionals and clinic partners in the format of presentations, webinars and online training - Organizes special projects and volunteer events targeted for core health initiatives for the adolescent population
