🖐 Hello, my name is Jitu Singh, and I am the founder and current CEO of Karani Clothing PVT LTD.👔 Karani Clothing is a manufacturer and wholesaler of Men's shirts of various styles. 💪 When I first started this business, there were many ups and downs. For me, it's been a roller coaster ride! Every failure served as a lesson, and I chose to rise to the challenge to become the person I am today. In July 2007, I launched the casual shirt brand OFC JNS under the company Karani CLothing Pvt. Ltd. . Since then, our work has received more attention from South India. 😍🤫 I started my career by working in a job and then moved to start a business from scratch. From my experience, I very well understand the hustle of working in a job and which issues we face for growth. Being a male I was facing such issues than I imagined how many problems a working woman faces. And I know that because I am still a grounded person and stay connected to everyone. With that only, I am trying my best to help them out and figure out ways to innovate around it. I have always been a person who believes in doing practical things for women's empowerment rather than just talking about it. I began recruiting local women for my manufacturing unit.🔥 After 14 years, I have 2 shirt manufacturing plants & growing, and you'd be surprised to learn that most of my employees are women. (This is recognized as women's empowerment.) 🎁 This success will not end here anyway, I will ensure that every woman, whether she lives in a rural or urban area, is self-empowered. To accomplish this goal, I started providing free sewing seminars and training programs to them. And with that, I am trying to not only help them acquire skills but also make living out of them.
