I am a Consultant Clinical Psychologist and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) Trained Practitioner working in the NHS Trust for over 25 years. I have extensive experience of offering CBT and third wave therapies to adult mental health clients in secondary care. I am also responsible for providing training, teaching and supervision to a range of professionals both within the mental health professions and to wider contexts outside of this when psychologically informed input is required. I am also a qualified Executive Coach and lead the Psychological Skills Development Service aimed at equipping clinicians to offer effective, evidence based interventions to people with highly complex presentations. I have led a service for staff care in Occupational Health Services for a Hospital and am passionate about the provision of effective supportive services for employees who are in the caring profession and have steered innovations in my service for this purpose.
