Responsible for Bulgaria, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Georgia and Portugal from FP&A perspective.

Initially role included:- Drive and consolidate weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual forecasts/budgets for all European Concentrix countries- Variance Explanation on said forecasts/budgets- Support all closing activities for Europe- Enitity level flux variance explanation on a monthly basis- Signing Valdiation and Revenue Backlog management for all of European deals- Deals revenue for sales commissions- Mentor and Train junior FAs- Support and delivery of any financial requests/projectsPost acquiring another company, role has changed scope to Bulgaria, Slovakia, Poland and Romania but also includes the following reposibilities:- Mid-Month Forecasting and re-forecasting on a weekly basis- R&O for respective countries on a monthly basis- Budgeting and Forecasting for said countries- Direct support to country, site and account leadership for any financial requests/projects- Conduct some trainings on new financial system for European finance population

Supported multiple accounts across different delivery locations in the following capacities:- Direct support and work with account management (PEs and delivery leads)- Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Forecasting- Book/Accrue revenue/costs, issue/send invoices and interface with clients on outstanding items- Complete all requirements for accounts in order for them to close each month- Variance explanation vs budgets/board commits/forecasts- Was part of a client visit and presentation process- Interview and train a few FAs

- Analyzed data and identified key drivers that predicted and explained the behavior of several industries in the United States of America. - Built statistical models that quantified future output of these industries. - This was done for an external company - Calderys - as part of the graduation requirements.

- Recruited IT personnel for Sutherland on a temporary basis for a specific project. - Hired over 50 IT specialists with dual language proficiency over the course of 3 months. - Provided various reports and managed the whole process and all involved parties.
