Handling activities pertaining to recruitment, orientation, training, career development, wage & salary administration, etc.10. Maintaining excellent relations with government agencies, statutory authorities & various outside agencies for smooth operations.11. Sustaining operations through focusing on budgeting, cost analysis & cost optimization.12. Maintaining expenses by implementing stringent cost control measures.Technical13. Accountable for analyzing budget and forthcoming budget requirement for work services. Knowledge of works and services (Capital Revenue works, Major Works and Minor works) which includes entire process of new construction, maintenance of existing buildings, hangers, runways etc. 14. Maintaining & providing personal records related to employee, office administration and security whenever asked or whenever required for emergency management.15. Periodically maintenance of office equipments like Commuters, printers, furniture etc to the best of their use. Also, close monitoring of economical use of stationery items in the office.16. Leading and supervising the team for ensuring smooth operations.
