Main work as below ◆ Designed BIW product based on following constraints: process constraints, styling revolution, market definition change, regulation, crash test, architecture and strength & stiffness target. Then, deliver the product and related files respecting the planning.◆ Optimized BIW performance by optimizing the products and connection(welding points, MIG/MAG, glue) 3/Stamping Product Engineer，Participated in R83 & X83 project, led M44R project. Main work: ◆ Made the stamping parts design plan by coordinating with several department and supplier ◆ Analyzed stamping parts aspect quality & stamping feasibility ◆ Proposed engineering change requirement to product engineer ◆ Designed in-plant parts' process and communicate with supplier during process review and project review. Dealt with engineer change request from supplier.
