• Lead the divisions’ operational, financial and strategic management of wholesale sales activities in the Americas • Establish annual sales & EBIT plans with quarterly targets in conjunction with SVP of Wholesale, Finance and Planning• Manage all commercial negotiations and various other business opportunities with key accounts at the GMM level• Closely monitor KPI’s and manage account performance through Business Management, Planning and Sales teams; analyze sales statistics to determine business trends and course correct, if needed• Oversee brand distribution matrix in the Americas through detailed knowledge and understanding of localized markets to drive assortments, marketing and customer facing initiatives • Partner closely with the corporate and regional merchant team to share details of the competitive market and address the America’s consumer needs • Attract, train, retain, and motivate a diverse sales force of nine members with four direct reports
