⦿ Troubleshoot technology issues coupled with printing systems, wireless access, poster printing, and specialized software programs such as MS Office, Autodesk, and Adobe Suite⦿ Assist library staff with new equipment including virtual reality, microfilm, and tablet PC⦿ Advise patrons to familiarize themselves with 3D printers, Makeblock parts, Arduino, and other equipment as needed
