• Represent the President and CEO to businesses, internal employees, and other agencies. • Translate business letters, general correspondence, and other documents from Korean and Spanish to English as well as assure proper criteria on sensitive or confidential material.• Coordinate extensive travel arrangements, hourly appointment schedules, and heavy calendars as well as establish meetings and conferences based on need.• Review and summarize miscellaneous reports, prepare reports, spreadsheets, and documents. Formulate background documents as necessary and decipher items requiring priority attention as well as develop PowerPoint presentations for meetings related to executive plans.• Communicate effectively and professionally with up to 90 internal and external business partners, the Company’s Board of Directors, other top executives within the Company, customers, and vendors.• Act as a gate-keeper by fielding inbound phone calls, greeting visitors, and screening emails.
