• Skilled in Talent Acquisition, Sourcing, Requirement Gathering, JD formatting, handling complete recruitment cycle, Employee Referral Program, vendor management, Campus Hiring• Hiring primarily for Product Engineering and Digital Marketing Positions, Mid and Senior levels (Full Stack, Front end & Backend Engineers, SEO, PPC, Analytics, CRO)• Work with Engineering managers to understand the sourcing requirements and collaborate with vendors to shortlist the profile, screen the candidate, and schedule the interview. Negotiate the offer upon successful selection.• Hands on experience in various sourcing techniques such as cold calling, job boards, networking, resume mining, advanced internet, and diverse recruitment techniques to ensure a rich source of candidates• Screen candidates by phone and in-person by various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions)• Facilitate the interview process, check references, extend offers and close candidates. • Negotiate compensation, benefits, and other terms and conditions of employment with new candidates.• Well versed in contract, contract-to-hire and permanent positions.• Managing end to end recruitment on and off campus from Engineering and Business schools, Coordinating and facilitating on- campus recruiting.

• Understanding the Job specifications, and Sourcing profiles through various modes like Job postings, Job Portals(Naukri), Internal database, through referrals and Professional Networking sites like LinkedIn. • Shortlisting the profiles as per the clients’ requirement and briefing the candidate about Open position, Role, Organization and also know the comfort level and interest of the candidates. • Involved in client calls and client meetings for better understanding of requirements. • Sourcing and head-hunting talent through job portals and personal search. • Responsible for screening the candidates and coordinating with them for further interviews and closures.
