(2) Analyze 12V battery LTO cell data and provide current, voltage and temperature diagnostic threshold value(3) Assist on issue analysis and solving during battery pack development: such as cell DCR variation, isolation failure of B sample pack; Assist on pack cycle life DV test method and simulate battery pack life with empirical formula developed based on cell calendaring and cycle aging(4) BMS strategy development: Identified voltage compensation issue and cooperate with supplier to test the compensation value and implement in software; calculate current carrying capability of the Al fuse inside prismatic cell; Implement SOP follow up strategy to ensure high power requirement under track race mode. (5) Advanced cell technology tracking: including 4C+ fast charge, LMFP cell, solid state battery, Li-metal battery, Na-ion battery, etc, draft analysis report and published in FF APP. Completed heat generation analysis during fast charge of next generation 800V battery platform.(6) As quality system coordinator, reviewed more than 60 quality documents and released 5 quality documents of RD department
