About Jiyeon Lee

With strong enthusiasm for engineering and technology in the field of energy and turbo machinery, specifically for design and development for various engineering equipment, I have achieved numerous tasks in this field. I started my journey to be a professional engineer in Solar Turbines, in the cooling design team. Major tasks were conducting experiments, thermal analysis, validation of testing and CFD works. After one year of working experience, I moved to Gas turbine heat transfer laboratory, Texas A&M university to broaden and develop my knowledge. I have designed several experimental components and modified current low speed wind tunnel facility. I have done fabrication, testing, analysis and involved publication works.
