Participated in negotiations regarding the transfer of IP patent rights and related compensation matters on behalf of the UK parties.(4) Litigation: participated in pre-litigation preparations for a debt dispute involving the Chinese subsidiary of a British dairy technology company. Key responsibilities included drafting a Chinese defense statement, researching similar practical case judgments, conducting legal searches related to counterclaims and defenses regarding the assertion of debt set-off right, and compiling an evidence list.

Tasks included creating due diligence checklists and inspection plans, conducting comprehensive assessments of corporate governance, critical assets, legal qualifications, and related-party transactions, as well as preparing drafts and providing translations.(2) Legal Research: participated in legal research to prevent double taxation between the UK and China and on tax incentives policies in different districts of Shanghai.(3) JV Establishment: participated in the successful establishment of 2 UK - China joint ventures. Key responsibilities included drafting shareholder agreements and confidentiality agreements, and facilitating the company registration process, ensuring legal compliance.(4) Company Change: participated in 2 company change cases, including assisting in drafting shareholder meeting resolutions, and company capital increase agreements, and completing the application forms for company changes.(5) IP Protection: participated in 13 intellectual property protection cases, including involvement in IP customs recordation and continuous IP monitoring, assisting in completing PCT international patent applications and patent rights transfers.
