Gilman International Scholarship Program, which included transitioning the program off of their legacy application and portal platforms. I continue to lead the effort on consolidating data from the legacy system and the new system so that the team can perform data analysis using PowerBI.I lead multiple online application and portal launches using the Slate by Technolutions platform for programs such as The Language Flagship Program, Boren Awards, Adobe Design Scholarship Program, Fulbright FLTA Program, and USABCI Myanmar Scholarship Fund. This included gathering business requirements, designing and configuring the program's application and reader portals, and conducting end user testing - all delivered on schedule.I lead the development of a partner portal for the Fulbright Scholarship Program which allowed for greater transparencies for both internal and external stakeholders and positively impacted the program's business processes by pulling up a critical part of the annual business cycle by almost a month. I stood up a new team of 6 business analysts responsible for the oversight of business processes across cross-functional teams. While the concept was interesting, the team was ultimately dissolved during a major reorganization. During this time, I made a pivotal career move into the Technology department where I could make a greater contribution while further refining my skillset.

I stood up a new team of 2 direct reports and 7 indirect reports responsible for all of IIE's J visa exchange visitor programs previously managed by individual teams into one centralized team. These programs included an annual total of 6,000+ participants across 7 government-sponsored programs and 10+ corporate/private sector programs.

I managed a team of 10 direct reports responsible for program operations, data analytics and J visa exchange visitor program components for the Fulbright Foreign Student Program and the Fulbright FLTA Program.
