With over 10 years of experience in teaching and researching English language and literature, I currently serve as a Conversational AI Scientist at Miicare, where I design and analyze engagements for Monica, a digital health coach that empowers older adults to take charge of their self-care at home through voice interactions and conversational AI, guiding them on their well-being journey. Additionally, I am a dedicated research assistant at Sogang University (South Korea), where I am pursuing my PhD in Linguistics.My expertise lies in user-centered design, content development, and conversational AI, which I leverage in my research projects focused on human-chatbot interaction. My mission is to enhance the quality and usability of voice dialogue systems while contributing to advancements in natural language processing and artificial intelligence. I am committed to fostering collaboration, innovation, and diversity, and I bring a wealth of perspectives and experiences from both my academic and professional backgrounds to Miicare and the CA-AI research team at Sogang University.
