Pro-bono. Helped launch educational company into the public space. Formed partnerships with NYC schools to bring Think3d!'s innovative spatial reasoning STEM curriculum into classrooms. Taught students, trained teachers, and helped develop curriculum. Helped gather data for grant proposals and pitches to possible corporate funders. Continue to advise company as a board member.

Worked with various firms assisting with portfolio structuring, forecasting, valuation, and analysis. Clients included: Credit Suisse, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Resources Development and Management Corp, and various non-profit organizations.

Director 1999-2000Vice President 1995-1999Financial Engineer 1991-1995Transaction Structuring: Maximized profits by creating financial structures backed by residential and commercial mortgages, leases, and other forms of debt including securities. Participated in every aspect of deal structuring from initial procurement of assets, to determining optimal waterfall structures, to trading in the secondary market. Worked closely with lawyers, accountants and rating agencies to bring transactions to completion. Software Development: Developed, maintained, and utilized various proprietary analytical software tools used to structure, value and trade mortgage and asset backed securities. Coded in C and C++. Participated in and oversaw migration of tools to several different platforms: Mainframe, UNIX, PC. Proprietary Portfolio Analysis: Created detailed scenario analysis, including residual tax analysis, for proprietary debt and property portfolios. Made recommendations for portfolio acquisition and disposition. Sales and Marketing: Created marketing materials for offered issuances and performed financial analyses based on investor and client inquiries. Interfaced with investors to discuss results, explain structural complexities, and answer all questions.
