• Responsible for transfer pricing implementation and compliance including review and oversight entries of local accounting teams.• Supervising of monthly consolidation of over 100 entities and reporting to the US tax team.• Research/analysis on US GAAP tax accounting matters and compilation of assessment in technical memos (i.e. uncertain tax positions, US tax form 5471 reporting, etc.).• Oversight of OECD BEPS project, requiring a detailed listing of involvements in every country including revenue, profit, taxes, accumulated earnings, and employees, among other requirements.• Managing tax reporting for over 75 entities by coordinating with local tax accountants and reviewing tax packages including deferred tax assets and current tax accounts. • Analysis and review of bottom-up analyses of deferred tax positions for all entities.• Coordination and review of local country corporate tax reporting, including income tax positions, oversight of timely filing of tax returns (corporate income tax), tax payments, monitoring tax risks and tax audits.• Spearheaded automation of 5471 and country by country reporting processes reducing time spent by local teams >500 hours annually.
