JJ Lambert has been an active real estate Agent, Broker, Consultant, and Developer for the better part of two decades. JJ begin his career in real estate with an emphasis on bulk raw land acquisitions that would then be subdivided and sold via in house financing to end consumers. His expertise in structuring strategic partnerships was truly brought to the foreground when he went on to build numerous companies that emphasized on income producing investment properties as well as rehabbing or full new construction of over 100 properties.
