As a Cluster Head / Management Assistant at FEdCenter, I handled Training (2 months) and Financial Literacy (2 months) Cluster/Department of the company. My tasks include overseeing and assisting 5-10 project teams under the cluster, checking and providing suggestions and recommendations to team outputs to achieve high quality, facilitating communication between the executives and the project team, decision-making, attending and facilitating various meetings including those with the management team and project team, planning and implementing a training program, facilitating learning and development program to interns and many others.

As a Human Resource Intern at FEdCenter, my tasks include updating the company's database, providing assistance and support to project teams, researching and implementing strategic HRM solutions, recruitment and selection, providing general administration support, managing business partnerships, providing organizational development strategy, managing company policy, processing turnover ratio, headhunting, assisting on intern's academic requirement and onboarding process, interview process, and hosting team building activities for the company.

As a Chief of Staff of the Office of the Student Regent, an official volunteer network of the Student Regent (SR) in implementing student consultation and their advocacy-driven projects, my responsibility was to support the SR by taking over their smaller responsibilities or handling other day-to-day tasks. My duties include attending meetings on the SR's behalf and taking notes, leading and implementing various strategic planning processes across the organization, and providing leadership members with important company information to prepare them for upcoming meetings or presentations.

As a Senator in the highest governing and policy-making body of SLSU student body, my responsibilities include: assisting the federation in the formulation and implementation of the programs and activities of the organization and being a chairperson for one of the constitutional committees. I handled the committee on finance and IGP wherein I was appointed as Chief Finance and Budget Officer. I handled the collection and disbursement of funds, prepare and keep records of all the financial reports, formulate income-generating programs, and issue receipts for collections and sign all vouchers/checks for disbursement.

As a Governor of the college (CABHA), my responsibility is to do executive functions. I direct, plan, and coordinate activities for the organization and am responsible for devising policies and strategies to improve the student experience.
