With over 10 years of experience in managing IT infrastructure and support services for educational trusts, I am the IT Business Partner for E-ACT, a leading academy trust in England. I lead the operational IT activity for E-ACT schools in the North, ensuring best practice, procedures, and processes are established and followed.As a certified Microsoft Technology Associate in Cloud Fundamentals and Mobility and Device Fundamentals, I have a strong expertise in cloud services, network infrastructure, and device management. I act as the point of escalation for academy IT issues, manage contracts and service level agreements for outsourced IT support and services, and provide clear and consistent guidance, professional support, and advice to the Head of IT and Education Directors.
