Experienced technical curriculum developer skilled in designing and developing e-Learning and instructor-led courses for software.I really enjoy the process of designing and developing technical courses to help users become proficient with software. When working on a course, I prefer to think of the project as architecting a learning product; my goal is to design the course in such a way that the learning objectives, visuals, and content have an elegant flow, enabling the instructor to lead the course, and the student to absorb the content and then practice each learning objective so that the concepts are reinforced. I also try to design my courses with reuse in mind by looking at the learning objectives and corresponding content as learning objects. This approach allows content to be reused not only across courses in the same modality, but also across different modalities. In addition to instructional design and curriculum development, other professional and volunteer roles I have held include technical support, database administration, application development, application support, and end user.
