INFOTEL Software Department provides high quality software for large account in France and all over the world for more than € 8M revenue in 2016.In this Department I'm in Charge of Development Lab which build INFOTEL software products in the respect of delay's and quality: - Arcsys: Archiving for evidence purposes,- InfoUtil: Ultra-fast utilities for IBM DB2,- iDBA-Online: Database management,- Infoscope: Application quality and testing.Management of 25 high skilled and technical people in C and Java development on UNIX/Linux, z/OS and Windows environment.I have to:- Help team to improve its ability to deliver new products and high level features for existing products and means to improve its skills, efficiency and quality of its work. - Build and maintain technical roadmap of product versions.- Manage changes and patches of product production versions. - Build and maintain a continuous improvment strategy. - Help sales people and support team in customer satisfaction.- Report to Software Departement Director.
