Jordy Kusters, Attorney at Law, is a member of the Energy & Infrastructure practice group in our Amsterdam office.Jordy focuses on the energy and infrastructure sector, in particular on project development, domestic and (international) mergers and acquisitions (M&A), corporate governance and joint ventures. He advises clients in, among others, offshore and onshore wind, solar, gas and hydrogen transactions.Prior to joining the Energy & Infrastructure group, Jordy was part of the Banking & Finance practice group, where he advised a wide range of financial institutions in debt capital market transactions and financial regulatory law, including investment fund managers and issuers of securities-----Jordy Kusters, Advocaat, is lid van de Energy & Infrastructure afdeling in onze Amsterdamse vestiging.Jordy richt zich op de energie- en infrastructuursector, in het bijzonder op projectontwikkeling, binnenlandse en (internationale) fusies en overnames (M&A), corporate governance en joint ventures. Hij adviseert cliënten onder andere in offshore en onshore wind-, zonne-, gas- en waterstoftransacties.Voordat Jordy op onze Energy & Infrastructure afdeling werkte, was hij onderdeel van de praktijkgroep Banking & Finance, hier adviseerde hij een breed scala aan financiële instellingen, in kapitaalmarkttransacties en het financieel toezichtsrecht waaronder beheerders van beleggingsinstellingen en uitgevers van effecten.
