• Adhere to employee restrictions according to physician orders with accordance to ADA and FMLA• Coordinate and review the training of union employees to ensure operations effectiveness• Schedule employees on a weekly basis according to shift preference, classification and ability• Assist employees with payroll discrepancies, investigate accuracy with SAP and correcting in a timely manner• Work with union to reduce and resolve grievances efficiently• Track employee attendance and report excessive absences to HR• Work with operations management to ensure labor is used with-in budget• Develop solutions to employee complaints pertaining to potential safety hazards or unfair treatment• Assist Operation Supervisors with production lines• Review retirements, terminations and department transfers to post and fill new job bids• Ensure all employees are wearing their PPE and are following GMP
