- Docketing: Organizing files on electronic server and hard files.- Managing firm and attorney calendar.- Draft memorandums, letters of service, courtesy copy letters, notices of filing, etc.- Fill out legal forms as needed- Perform bookkeeping tasks such as logging firm payables, receivables, employee compensation and expenses.- Update building visitor list- Order supplies/food and lunches as needed.- Filing.- Processing reimbursement requests.- Work with vendors and building services as needed.- Book attorney flights/accommodations, etc.- Review and revise documents based on notes and or dictations.- Writing out firm and personal attorney checks using a typewriter.- Organize/send out mail as needed.- Entering/revising attorney billable hours.- Create Cover Letters, Statements and Invoices for each client on a monthly basis.- Update Quickbooks
