Liaised with a broad range of different specialised contractors to organise project-specific refurbishment surveys and engaged approved licensed removal contractors to undertake the preceding asbestos abatement projects; all within pre-determined budgets and time frames. • Held responsibility for the asbestos register for Bromsgrove School, which included coordinating their annual re-inspection program for all their sites, reporting ACMs that required urgent attention and cleansing ACMs from the register that had been removed. • Conducted asbestos management, refurbishment, and demolition surveys to domestic, commercial and industrial premises.• Undertook annual re-inspections, highlighting previously identified ACMs that were in an unsatisfactory state and recommending the corrective actions required.• Compiled detailed asbestos survey reports by performing stringent technical reviews of the site data, recommending the correct actions for all identified ACMs and generated accompanying site plans by utilising Auto CAD and Microsoft Visio.• Performed airborne fibre tests during asbestos abatement works whilst ensuring that the contractors correctly adhered to their agreed upon plan of works.
