Worked on the orchestration backend of tiCrypt, a secure air-gapped computing cloud environment designed to handle sensitive research data with top compliance requirements.Responsibilities included: ▪ Developed the guest controller agent that enables secure management and goal state processing of virtual machines.▪ Implemented pathways to orchestrate and schedule batches of high-performance secure computing workloads.▪ Wrote and maintained validation and deployment pipelines using Github Actions.▪ Assumed the role of resident technical leader of a product area, including planning work, distributing tasks, and training teammates.▪ Coordinated work with the technical staff of clients such as the University of Florida, Princeton University, and the University of Maryland.

Worked on authorization infrastructure of Google Cloud incorporating structured logs into a key client library. ▪ Conducted in-depth research into the integration details.▪ Successfully navigated and fulfilled Privacy Review requirements.▪ Investigated and managed the resource acquisition process.▪ Executed the end-to-end implementation of the feature's full functionality.

Worked on authentication infrastructure of Google Cloud. Developed APIs to authenticate workloads operating on resources from Google Cloud Storage.▪ Conducted extensive research into an authentication mechanism, mostly based on its implementation in an legacy system.▪ Worked with experts and leads of stakeholder teams to redesign the implementation of this authentication mechanism to conform to the latest standards and enable compatibility with the latest cloud services implemented.▪ Implemented part of the core functionality behind the refactoring.

Worked as a member of the Maps Data & Services team performing a diverse set of tasks from UI improvements to developing complex Geo-spatial Analytics tools.Responsibilities included:▪ Worked on the redesign and implementation of a critical UI component of the Tableau Maps interface.▪ Contributed as part of a larger team in the development of several Geo-spatial analytics tools enabling high speed spatial queries and calculations.▪ Coordinated work across multiple teams in the Tableau Maps organization. Managed stakeholders’ expectations and concerns.

Responsibilities included: ▪ Computer diagnosis and troubleshooting, including POS systems and other fixed-purpose and IoT devices.▪ Installing VoIP systems and configuring routers, managed switches, and other networking equipment.▪ Working directly with clients and delivering innovative solutions to their needs.

High School volunteer work. Built and maintained MagnetS Database, a web application to keep track of magnet students' performance and probation processes (Supervisor: Maria Hernandez). Application features included:▪ Identifying students who were not meeting the requirements of the magnet academy.▪ Automatically initiating the probation process, notifying the pertinent school staff, and generating the required paperwork.▪ Keeping track of the students’ status during the probation process.Responsibilities included: ▪ Making the probation process tractable and reducing the timeline from months to seconds.▪ Gathering specifications, designing, and developing a web application from scratch. ▪ Designing, building, and deploying a MySQL database on the school’s IT infrastructure.
