Responsibilities included creating computer-based training modules.•This included developing module content and design, which is both informative and easily understood by the user. •Used a number of different tools to allow the user to interact with the training module.•Maintained computer training rooms. oSet up computers and installed new software. oTroubleshot both software and hardware errors. Repaired operating software if needed. Replaced bad hardware components.Co-Op Program Projects•Completed other tasks that are or not commonly completed by the person in my position.•Developed a video for Monsanto’s Technical Support Help Desk, which provided an overview of their area, and the duties that they perform.•Developed 2 ASP.NET web pages. These are “family websites” that were auctioned off as a fundraiser for the United Way in a charity event. These websites provide a way for families to upload pictures for other family members to view. These websites require users to create an account on the site in order to be able to upload content and view account-protected information. These sites also included a directory for family members and a calendar to post different family events. These websites were created using ASP.NET 2.0 with VB as the backend coding language. I developed these websites from scratch, developing both the template for each page as well as the tree structure for the overall site navigation. I also developed the SQL databases that are used to hold the user data for the websites.•Created video for Monsanto’s Co-op project to be used as a recruiting tool during career fairs and other college recruiting events.
