Responsible for life of cases including but not limited to: intake, file management, case & strategy evaluation, settlement and closure. Specifically, I prepared drafts of motions and discovery requests/responses, reports to clients, e-filed/e-served documents in county, state & federal courts, researched legal issues and made recommendations to trial team.
