Managed an annual budget of $5M.- Pioneer in private cloud implementation for real-time customer facing products. Platform supported over VoIP 500,000 customers and included regional failover. Solution and implementation was recognized for technical innovation by Cisco as well as product vendor. - Streamlined enterprise operations and eliminated legacy systems. Reduced data center costs by over 50% and secured all systems for PCI-DSS and HIPPA compliance.- Led multiple software projects to provide business solutions that generated one-time savings of more than $1M and on-going annual savings of over $2M.

Independent software engineer specializing in web development and business intelligence. Customers included IDG in Boston and local businesses.- Designed and implemented a SQL Server-based data warehouse supporting over 5M customers. Also created a browser-based portal that provided campaign management, reporting and data management. The websites supported over twenty-four million customers with hundreds of thousands of unique vistors every day.From late 2001 until 2005, my geographically distributed team was responsible for development and management of a custom CRM system for Sony Music, Sony Pictures and the Sony Style Store. This multilingual system was build using Java EE, Oracle, SAS and Linux. The application was web-based and included reporting, analytics, campaign management and email integration. The product was used to managed over a million customers and was used in the US and throughout Europe. The software led directly to more than a 5x increase of sales through the online store.
