Jessica is a NYC native who built an early career as an actor, dancer and choreographer, and later as an administrator and theatre director. She has performed at City Center, Edinburgh Festival, Etruscan Riviera Fringe, Philadelphia Fringe, and in dozens of NYC indie and Off-Broadway shows. Jessica is the recipient of multiple awards including a Van Lier Fellowship. She joined Ripple Effect Artists as Board President and Director of Development in 2010. Jessica is being groomed as the next Executive Director for American Theatre of Actors, to lead the him as they enter their next 50 years.In 2021 Jessica founded Alchemy Theatrical Consulting, LLC to help clients build their theatre projects and organizations. In this capacity she has also worked as a General Manager at the Off-Broadway level. Jessica helps to win grants from clients, strategizes for marketing, budgeting and more. She has built graphics and online ticketing for more than 50 indie-theatre projects.
