I am currently in a project management role working with Amazon’s subsidiary businesses to improve fulfillment operations through integration with Amazon’s fulfillment technology. This fulfillment technology elevates the overall customer experience through faster delivery speeds at an overall lower cost to serve. Previous to my project role I worked as a Senior Operations Manager with Amazon at the Joliet, IL fulfillment center. I oversaw the safety, quality, and productivity for a team of 1100+ associates and 24+ managers at this location. Prior to Amazon, I was the Distribution Center Manager for Life Fitness responsible for the successful operation of a 500,000 sq ft. distribution center generating approximately $365 million in yearly revenue. During my time as D.C. Manager, I was accountable for the overall performance, cost, quality, and reporting of internal metrics for both the inbound and outbound operations. I have experience as an Executive Team Leader for Target and was responsible for the logistics operations of the business. This role gave me the opportunity to manage a store generating $42 million in sales and lead a team of 200 team members. As a store manager I experienced success in promoting a healthy team culture that enabled the business to run efficient processes and drive profitable sales. As a Production Supervisor at Hormel Foods, I was involved in promoting productivity, quality, safety, and process improvement for the business. I took a leading role in the implementation of a new production line at Hormel's Dubuque processing plant. As a graduate of Krannert's prestigious business management program, I have been successfully trained in a wide array of business subjects. I believe that my studies and my experiences while in Krannert have prepared me to successfully fulfill a management position in any field.
