Management of all aspects of the Quality Control laboratory:- Personnel (training, safety, crisis management, pay, schedule, etc.)- Analyses (validation of data, records, OOS results)- Finished product releases (regular and urgent queries)- Support teams and BUs with QC queries (microbiology, lab testing, SOPs, etc.)- Equipment (calibration, maintenance check, replacement, etc.)- Budget, inventory, purchasing and payablesSupport/advise production and QA of OOS results, participate in client complaint investigations, CAPA, internal/external audits, CMP, RCA, etc. Follow special projects, implement new methods (new technology, equipment, SOP), support other sites on-site and remotely, report to management, etc.

- Manages execution of tests and lab work of technical team- Records results, performs calculations and compiles data- GLP, Microbiology and QC procedures in accordance to various regulations- Follows all aspects of Quality Systems and GMP procedures- Maintains all files and samples pertaining to the lab- Ensures suitable equipment/instruments are available, calibrated and working correctly- Ensures proper upkeep, calibration and maintenance of equipment according to GMP planning- Ensures GMP and SOPs are properly adhered and applied- Manages lab inventory- Coordinates training and career development of the team- Delivery of reports and technical support to clients- Member of the First Aid response team

- R&D in Yeast Process Laboratory (fermentation, upstream/downstream processes)- Personnel Training and Management- Laboratory and Projects Management- Equipment maintenance, troubleshooting- Daily use of lab-scale bioreactors, separator, dryers, etc.- Microbiology techniques- Internal reports and SOP writing- Member of Lab Safety and Security Committee- Troubleshooting and assisting plant productions on-site

- QC Techniques- Working under aseptic conditions- Media preparation, inoculation, plating, microscopy, etc.- Data entry and reporting of non-conformity- Laboratory maintenance and cleaning
