About James Forest

As Professor and Director of Security Studies at the University of Massachusetts Lowell, I teach graduate and undergraduate courses on terrorism, counterterrorism, WMD and several other security-related topics. Since 2011 I have also taught a course on terrorism and CT at the Fletcher School, Tufts University.I serve as Editor-in-Chief of Perspectives on Terrorism (https://pt.icct.nl/), an internationally-acclaimed journal of peer-reviewed scholarly research based at ICCT in the Hague, the Netherlands. I've published over 20 books and dozens of articles in journals.
