After becoming astutely aware that I wasn't ever going to make it as a professional football manager and that Suits isn't the most accurate portrayal of the Law field I spent a lot of time reflecting on my future. I decided that coaching, teaching and developing is something I love, so it's probably no surprise to see my employment history has been centered around making people the best they can be. Before life at AvidXchange I worked with Ladbrokes as a manager, dealing with staffing, finance and money management. At AvidXchange I moved up through the organisation, entering as an Enrollment Specialist, before moving to a Team Leader on our Customer Care team. As a Project Coordinator I worked with our new clients onboarding them into the system, coaching and teaching them about what we can do for them and making them comfortable revolutionising the way they handle their payments. I am now working as a Customer Success Manager for AvidXchange, conducting business reviews, health checks, providing data that helps them succeed and conversations around continuing their business with AvidXchange. I thrive in a rapidly growing and innovative organisations, I'm passionate about technology and providing the best experience for our clients and our internal staff that I work with. In my spare time I love to travel and have a huge passion for football/soccer, I run my own podcast surrounding the club and interact with people all over the world including regular interviews with NBC Sports throughout the season.
