Acea Distribuzione is the electric distribution company operating into the roman area. I've been in charge of a 10 people unit called "Vettoriamento" under the "Market and Operative Systems" department, with the goal of acquiring commercial service requests from Retailer Companies (RelCo) operating on behalf of the final electric users or sometimes directly to the final users, sorting and monitoring technical activities due to commercial requests.I've been involved in business process reengineering due to continuous normative changes from local Italian Energy Authority and continuous effectiveness improvement program involving deep changes of information systems.

Acea Distribuzione is the electricity distribution company within the roman area. My currently activities deal with the interface between Acea Distribuzione and the retailers acting in the retailing electricity market (the so called "mercato libero").

Senior Consultant at the CRM delivery unit within the Consulting Services division of Capgemini Italy.I've been working in the electric sector since my hiring date in 2005. My activities have dealt mainly with the following topics:- Continuous improvement project in the ICT department by using lean management and problem solving tools- Benchmark of the main european electric market competitor product offering- Post-Sales and Service process design- Provisioning/Purchasing-unit structure analysis- Campaign planning for the acquisition of electric business customer; - CRM system User Requirements development- CRM processes: Pre-Sales and Sales processes business process reengineering

I collaborated (as PhD Student) with the Operative Research Unit of the Statistics Department at "La Sapienza" University of Rome. My activities were focused on:- study of heuristic algorithms for the multilayer MPLS over WDM networks protection problem, under single link failure hypothesis- provide some seminars within the Network Optimization course at "Tor Vergata" University of Rome
