• Sell season tickets, mini-plans and group packages for University of Miami athletic events• Generate leads through outbound calls, public speaking appearances and personal networking• Provide exceptional customer service to retain existing customers, increase their contributions and to induce referrals• Represent the department at public speaking engagements• Track and grow sales through use of Paciolan ticket sales system• Assist in the short and long-term sales strategy development• Work with the Hurricane Club to generate increased funds through charitable donations
